1. Tell him or regret it for ever
2. If you think he has the same feelings too you should tell him. But if you think he likes you as a friend then you shouldnt tell him.This can ruin your friendship between you guys. Also things will be akward if you guys hangout and won't be the same anymore. During this time you should hang out with him more and get to know the other side of him. Until now just take it slow.
