IF WERE MAN TO MAN WITH THE RECIEVER CUZ PUSH THE RECIEVER BACK LIKE BLOCK HIM RIGHT WHEN WE START THEN START CHASING HIM?

1. Its called jamming, you get one hand on him and run with him, when he goes up for the ball so do you. Also make sure you take away the inside.
