PLEASE stop here. Chat online but DON'T give out any personal information and DON'T agree to meet with anyone without your parents or an older person with you (and no, I don't mean your 14yr old best friend).
Maybe you could open a myspace page to help you meet some friends online - but BE CAREFUL.
Make friends through school, your other friends, neighbours etc. It's always hard at 13, good luck.
