i really like this guy but he likes a senior girl...she has a boyfriend from another school for like 3 years....ive known him for awhile and we used to be really close in 6th grade...it was a hard year and he helped me through it and he also had a crush on me that year but i didnt feel the same...but now we are older and i left that school for three years and i havent seen him since...im back now and ive really missed him...we talk whenever we end by each other in the halls...it seems like he likes me but im pretty positive he likes the senior but nobody knows if he still does...every friday girls wear football players jerseys (they have two jerseys)...she wears the white jersey (the special jersey) just to wear...she does every week...and last week i asked to wear the blue....idk if i should ask him to wear it again because he is shy or if i should just give up on him and try to move on....but he really means a lot so its hard....i need some advice

well i know he doesnt have a girlfriend...and he liked me so long ago.....im too shy to straight out tell him i like him so i want to find a way to hint to it...i think asking to wear his jersey would help...im not sure what he thinks about me though...my first conversation with him this year i asked him if he thought he would ever expect to see me back and he said well i hoped....my friends say when he is around me his smiles seem genuine...but his friends say they kind of think he still likes the senior but they dont know because they havent asked him...they are just guessing......i just cant tell what he thinks of me....his smiles do seem genuine but i dont know if thats from the past or if he would ever still have feelings for me....i try to give up because i think he still likes the senior girl but then i see him and i completely change my mind....should i asked for the jersey....should i keep trying...or should i give up?

You should ask him out to a movie or to come at your house to watch one and see how he reacts to you.Tell him you have missed him and would like to pick up where things ended if he is interested he will jump for the chance.You need to tell him how you fill or he may think you are still not interested in him.Mabe you should ask him if he has a girlfriend first as you need to stay out of it if he does as it isn't right to mess with another girl's guy.
