So, I'm 22 yrs old. I've seem to have caught my eye on this guy I work with. Other than the smiles, waves, or nods... we've never really talked. Our eye contact is awesome, he's very shy. I'm not shy, but very weak in the kness in his presence. Do I make that first move? And how?

3. yes you do! and start with something simple. you work with him, see if you want to pick up lunch together. if he says yes and it goes well, maybe he will ask you out to dinner, or you can ask him to dinner. its a nice twist some guys find it very hot

11. Definitely make the first move because he may never make it. He is shy and may resist a stronger woman so you need to be coy on getting him out of his shell. I suggest a small gathering after work for say beer and wings or darts, bowling, etc. Some small setting with maybe 1 or 2 other people. This will allow him to have some company to fall back on if he has nothing to say to you but will give you an opportunity to let him get to know you a bit better.
After this you can touch base with him and see if he wants to hang out and catch a movie some night. I'm sure you can take it from there.
