ok.. here's meh situation...ive had this friend for a longtime and he finally told meh that he liked meh. (I had liked him to) he asked me to homecoming a while back and i said yes. the problem is, is that i still like him but i think that we would just be better as friends. plz help meh! i honestly don't know what to do... i don't want to ruin our friendship and i can't exactly avoid him for my entire life. i also don't want to hurt him. if any of ya'll can give me advice, i will be VERY greatful! thx for anyone who answers!

1. You need to be honest with him and tell him how you feel. He is first and formost your friend and he will understand. I had that situation i was head over heels with my firend for 2 years and he liked me and never told me and when he did i told him i told him i rather us to be friend. We've been best friends for 8 years now and still going strong i was even at his wedding last year. So be honest and everything will be fine if his your friend he will understand and if you guys decide to go for a relationship it might be nice since you guys were already friends all the ackward questions are already answered and who knows what you want best than your friend.
