i dont know what to get and i dont know what she likes so please help

2. if money isn't a problem and she doesn't already have one get her an ipod or a camera.
3. Buy her an Ipod. My 13 year old sister is absolutely in love with hers. What 13 year old doesn't like music???
4. If it were someone I didn't really know I would usually get any of the following:
nice photo frame/album
jewellery box
simple jewellery
a voucher (teenagers love clothes so get a clothing store voucher!)
money
a cake
something really popular at the time
5. If you are Aussie, I would recommend a gift voucher in the Miss Myer shop or a brand name shop such as Billabong, but don't leave it there if you have contact, offer to take her shopping to make her purchase. It is the time and fun that makes it even more special and memorable.
6. i would just get her a jewelry making set or something like that. thats what i liked, and its also what everyone got each other (trust me, im still pretty young.) or if she is a 16 yr old poser, get her some skull leggings. ha ha
7. Hi, my daughter is nearly 13 and these are the things she and her friends like:
you can buy really cute speakers for your ipod/mp3/computer that are flowers in pots with cute faces - they dance around to the music (about $30) from toy stores
she loves music - Mika, Hannah Montana, Raven Symone, High School Musical,
buy her a high school musical t-shirt, soundtrack
for christmas my daughter wants music, she wants nice clothes, lipgloss
or you can make her a cute hamper - buy a little cute box or basket and fill with tissue wrap - add a few different lip-gloss, a cute t-shirt - a really cute little notebook and funky little pens, a cute keychain, cute teddybear (all girls love fluffy toys - even at 13), a few lollipops - have them all coordinated in similar colors - like hot pink and white and black - or white and turquoise or something like that. Wrap with clear cello in a big bunch on top and tie with a big ribbon bow in matching color. Then it will be full of fun stuff and she should love it.
