2. first of all, you need to tell him how u feel so hes not left in the dark. that way, he will at least know u like him and he might take u into consideration, if that makes sense. if u dont tell him, he will never know, and he will probably just move on to another relationship. And secondly, you cant just say u like him. u need to tell him all ur feelings, how youve felt, how long uve liked him, things like that. the more we know, the better off it is.
3. well if you like eachother its pretty simple. i know the guys usually ask but its ok if a girl asks too. he likes you and you like him too and i think that if he told you that he likes you and hes not going out u should go for it.
