Professional sex therapists , and author's of sex help books will tell you once or twice a week is average , there is NO limit to a healthy sex life wether it's once a week , once a month it all varies from couple to couple .
The trouble with most couple's and society today as stated by professional therapists they hear about how many time's other couple's are having sex and all of a sudden think their sex life is not up to par and something must be wrong with them or them spouse.
Stop trying to keep up with the Jones's and just live with your spouse as if the whole world doesnt exist and you'll be fine.
