2. Toss a wad of paper at him, when he looks back at you, turn your head and look down with a smile on your face. Wait a couple minuets later and do it again, but this time when he looks at you bite your bottom lip and raise your eye brows up and down really fast. he will get the hint!

7. as i kinda shy guy just go up and talk to him. does he EVER talk to u? i know its kinda elementary but pass a note to him or write him a letter and start some conversation. once u 2 started writing back and forth he should be more comfortable to actually talking to u. not saying this is the only option but it does work. try it good luck
8. Some shy guys like a girl to take control. If you really want to make an impression, you'll have to study his behavior to see what kind of shy guy he is.. What usually works and probably worked best with me was a girl who was flirty and after a couple of lessons began to become flirty with actions. Make sure to be consistant, but once he's becoming attached move away to being flirty through actions once every 2 lessons. This will keep him going for more..
