i broke up with my b/f because we have been fighting for months everyday all day whenever were around each other we are fighting and plus because i was woke up by him at 3am asking me to come get him because he was out with the sitter and her friends and they got mad at him and dropped him off on the side of the road!!!!!by the way i no longer use that sitter they shoudnt have been hanging out together,now hes apologizing everyday and says nothing happend between them which i doubt anything did, and is trying to get me to take him back but when i tell him i need some time away from him for a day or two he gets mad and starts calling me names and saying very mean things to me and we have a 10 month old together and im 11 weeks pregnant with his baby he threatnes to take me to court to get our 10 month old on the weekends and is constanly asking me to let him take her places but when were together he doesnt ask to go anywhere?? i told him he could come over and c her anytime. so i dont

understand why he would do this now and i think our 10 month old is too young to be away from her home and mommy for a weekend,and he said he would take the newborn for the weekends to if the court allows it!!! he threatnes me with all this stuff but then cools down and tries to get me back again i dont know what to do i cant stand the thought of having to part with my babies for that much time does anyone know anything about michigan custody and visitation laws, and why if he wants me back would he start calling me names and being mean if i dont take him back right away?? and about the visits he has a history of deppression hes tried to commit suicide a couple times (was in the army ptsd) is a registerd sex offender (didnt rape anyone fondled a girl in her sleep),has a drinking problem what would his chances be of getting the kids all weekend?? sry its sooo long thanks for all your help

oh and i work 2 days a week he picks our daughter up from the sitter and watches her at my house untill i get off work which is only 10 minutes away from my house but now hes insisting he takes her to his moms house a half hour away from my work to watch her there and made me drive there at 9 at night to pick her up i get off work at 8:30pm
3. I don't see why you even have to think about it. Why the hell would you get back with him? The way he's acting are the first signs of an abusive man. I think you need to stay away from him and keep your children away from him too. I really doubt he'll get visitation rights with his record unless they are supervised. He doesn't sounds like a good guy and I would not trust him alone with the kids. You need to put them first and think that if you got back him you would be risking your safety as well as your kids.
