there's this boy in my class and i like him. but i'm not sure if he likes me or if he's just really stoned (he's a stoner).

19. Hey! I have one of them too. This annoying stoner that follows me around. Apparently the following around bit means he is attracted to you. It's hard to tell when they are a bit odd. My stoner says some pretty mean things too..

"what do you mean, you don't take drugs?!"
among other things.
I did tell him to go away (multiple times) but it hasn't worked.
I can't tell what he's like under all the punk clothes and smoke haze, but I would never go out with him unless he cleaned up his act.
Be patient, there are surely other guys out there for you. Keep your options open and see what happens. Let him know that you disapprove of drugs. If he really likes you he will eventually see that you are more important than drugs.
