1. Friendship of this kind necessarily involves conversations about well-being and of what might be involved in living the good life. Through networks of friends, Aristotle seems to be arguing, we can begin to develop a shared idea of the good and to pursue it. Friendship, in this sense, involves sharing in a common project: to create and sustain the life of a community, 'a sharing incorporated in the immediacy of an individual's particular friendships' (MacIntyre 1985: 156).
2. The meaning of a true friendship is, being honest, trusted, smart, sweet, and someone that will be there for you in the inside and out, and someone that splits fifty/fifty.
3. Surprise. Everything is an illusion anyway so buck up and take charge. Have some fun and quit feeling sorry for yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4. in a real, pure, friendship you friends would be there with you through it all. They would not leave you in your biggest time of need. A real friendship is indestructible. the bonds with never be gone. You will know when you have a true friendship with someone. I know I did. Sorry about your mother and sister. I wish you the best of luck in finding a true friendship.
5. The true meaning of friendship is many things. It can mean trust. Trust opens many doors and the other person can feel they can trust you with stuff too. Honesty means your friend knows you are telling the truth. It isn't really a good friendship if you can't tell eachother the truth. Also, honesty is important because if your friend is bothering you in any way or they hurt your feelings without realizing it you need to tell them. That's where honesty comes in handy. A true friend would listen to you. You also need to have things in common. Oviousely there is no friendship if you don't have anything in common, and if there is it will be hard to mantain.
I hope this helped!
6. To be honest there isn't a specific definition for friendship is there? everyones friendship with there friends is different, granted the foundations start it, trust, and honor but after that its a mix and match thing, but a friend sticks by you in times of need and helps you when you need it, people try and say a friend is this or that but there wrong, you will have friends that are different from each other yet you see them as friends, as i say there isnt 1 definition, there are many.
7. One of my favorite quotes about friendship is this:
"A true friend knows your weaknesses but shows you your strengths; feels your fears but fortifies your faith; sees your anxieties but frees your spirit; recognizes your disabilities but emphasizes your possibilities."
~ William Arthur Ward ~
8. Fake friends will bail you out of jail and tell you what you did was wrong.
Real friends would be the ones sitting next to you saying "Damn ... we f*cked up ... but that sh*t was fun!"

All jokes aside, sorry about your loss :( It's terrible when things like this happen, but there will always be better people around the corner.
