1. Use the same words you just told us! "I guess i should have looked into it more before confronting you" Explain that you jealously issues and you can't help that. Please try to forgive you of your short comings and you will try to work on them in the future. And that she can trust you again cause you will never ever believe or even listen to rumors again.
