I am 22 yrs old.There is this woman who is 15-20 yrs older than me that I work with.She always hugs and kiss me on the cheek when she greets me and when leaving but don't do it to other workers.During lunch breaks she always complimenting me on how smart,ambitious and mature I am and look at me funny.Outside from work, we talk on the phone and sometimes we spend some time together. She never tried to like make a big move on me or anything ,but she always says things that leads toward that way.I could tell you more but here comes the questions.Do she have a crush on me ?Or is she just being kind and I am paranoid?
