i broke up with her before i think she must of got freaked out of me asking her to kiss her (bad idea) but now were bak together and my sister her best friend tells me that she's not ready for kissing.

1. then make it seem like u dont want to kiss her either ... dont treat her bad treat her good,,, caress her make her feel confortable with u ... then shes going to be the one who wont be able to get enough from ur kisses
2. do it sowly cheer her on and don't make her feel presured
3. Don't keep mentioning it and she will want to kiss you eventually. Let her make the first move.
4. just wait until she is ready and if u really like her u should respect her about saying that. if u just wait the time will come when she will let u kiss her.
