A lot of people do, men, women, Catholics or not... sex being very important to relationships and people wanting to save it for the one relationship that is meant to last. Personally, while it can be hard to wait, I think it's well worth it. In this day and age you have people living together before marriage, having sex before marriage, etc. and all that changes if they get married is that they are suddenly wearing rings and signed some official paperwork. The difference between before you're married and after you're married should be more than a pair of rings.
