(ok im sure you yahoo users are tired of seeing these kinds of questions, but hey, guys are confusing!!!) im in the 11th grade and theres this guy that i've known since last year.i started to like him then, and i think he likes me back because i catch him staring, and he constantly fixes his hair around me.what i do know though is that he likes me at least as a friend.we take the train together sometimes <but he only really talks to me when his friends aren't around :-(> and he is super shy, but really nice (to everyone-hes like the only guy who isnt an jack *** at school) sadly, it seems like he hinders his emotions (he's asian)...i talk to him online too w/ homework...havent really tried flirting with him because i dont want to sccare him off because he's so shy. so anyways i got new glasses, and i asked him online if he thought they looked wierd n he said they look odd(made me feel sad)he sed not bad but odd and thats it.all my other guy friends are like yea u look fine,but not him

6. your situation sounds almost exactly the same as mine. i'm not sure if it's an asian thing or something. the guy i like is asian, very quiet, shy and keeps to himself. when you said that he told you that your glasses looked odd, maybe it's true. because i had a similar issue. i showed him one of my drawings but he said it looked weird, then after careful examination, i noticed that he was telling the truth. so i'm really starting to think it's an asian thing. especially after you said that your other guys friends said it looked fine, maybe they didn't really look too into it. so don't be sad that he said it looked odd, because he might have looked more closely to it than the others. i think he likes you as a friend, though because from personal experience, i noticed that asian guys are more like observant and shy. the hair fixing thing, i notice that a lot in other asian guys too, i think they do it when they don't know what to say. i am asian too and i have 3 older brothers, so i am pretty sure it's just a friendly gesture: an asian thing.
