This kid is not normal. He picks scabs off of his arms and eats them. He even twitches because of how much he plays video games. If you tell him to leave you alone he will yell at you and possibly hit you. He is white because he never goes outside, and he is really short and scrawny. please help!

2. Just tell him to leave you alone. if he doesnt and it gets really extreme, get a restraining order. and if he does hit u, good then maybe he'll get expelled and never bother u.
