Ok I just found out that my best guy friend likes me. I don't like him back like that. I told him that, but he's really emotional and I feel bad about it and now it's really awkward between us. I'll things go back to normal or will he always e like this. I can't change the way I feel and I'm not going to lie to him just to make him feel better. I just went the boy that used to be like my brother back. Will he get over it?

1. Yes. If he is your best friend he will want to stay that way no matter what. He took a risk and got rejected - it hurts. But time heals and he will come around. There might be some awkward tension at times, but try not to do anything that might rub it in. I wouldn't go on about a boy you're interested in, etc. I'm guessing he is super mortified. Be normal and show him that you're willing to be his best friend and this isn't going to be weird. Set the precedence.
2. Treat him as you did before and he mght get over it. Just know how hard it is, but if you just treat him normally he might be able to return the favor.

but if he liked u a lot and was your best brother type friend he wuld go back to normal and being best friends with u again

4. Wow, this exact thing happened to me 2 weeks ago. I was in love with my best female friend of 7 years and told her how I felt and got turned down. Things were a little bit strange afterwards but I think everything is OK now. If your friend is like me he will probably distance himself from you a little bit. This isn't to be mean but it hard to start the healing process if you are always around the person who rejected you. I hope that this helps. He will come around just give him some time.
