my best freind's name is smitty. people make fun of him because he has man bust.

and he needs a haircut kind of. his hare is only sholder length, but it looks too long like hippy.

if you think he needs to workout tell him that you will do it with him. that helps a ton. you are more motivated
4. Is Smitty happy the way he is? Does he really care to the point of depression of what people think about him? If he is happy and doesn't care-- don't try and change him, and your right, it isn't his fault.
But if he is really seriously affected by how people are treating him over his looks, you should encourage him to ignore others, and if he is getting bullied over it-- to go and tell someone about it, whether its a teacher or his own parents.
