At my school there is a girl who is friends with me that I really like. She likes someon else though but they are not going out. What should I do? Do I need to talk to her more or ask her out? Can I get some advice by someone please?

2. talk to her alot. Learn her hobbies and be yourself. Make sure that you actually like her
3. I would talk to her. Make a point to sit near her in class. Compliment her often. Make eye contact and smile at her. You really need to catch her attention and show her you're worth getting to know.
4. If you're already friends with this person then that friendship can become a little awkward IF she turns you down. So my advise is, don't just ask her out. Get to know what she likes, and make her like you. Flirt with her but respect your friendship you have with her also.

However, don't sound desperate. If you are desperate or overbearing, it's annoying and creepy. Be confident enough to go on without her. When you talk to her, if she doesn't sound interested then leave and don't worry about it. Girls know how to send the message if they're interested or not. Don't keep trying if she's not, she might be interested later if you're confident enough. Never be afraid to talk to her, though.
