I went to see a show with a guy about a week and a half ago. He paid for everything, including tickets to the show, lunch and dinner. He also drove 9 hours round-trip to get us there, to boot! The entire trip was fun; we got along great, had wonderful conversation. There was even very light touching during the show - not hand-holding but kind of brushing against each other and keeping ourselves in that position for awhile, etc. He kept mentioning that he wanted to do other things with me, and if I had plans the rest of the week, etc.
However, a few days later I asked him if he wanted to go to a movie with me, and he basically said no. I was kind of hurt, because I thought the trip had gone well. Since then, there's been very little conversation, and I get this general feeling of rejection. I waited a week, and then I asked him if he wanted to go somewhere with me, and he said yes, but didn't seem very enthusiastic. A) as the trip a date? and B) does he like me?

B: Probably, unless somewhere in-between you did something that really turned him off.
