I was going to ask this guy i'm sorta seeing to come over to my place for mexican food takeout and to test out new video games i got for my xbox .... but see right now this sounds like a crummy idea. I just hate plain old dinner and a movie scenario and i think he does too.
What do you think?
Answers:
1. thats cute:D
2. if it's what you like and what you think he likes than i can't think of anything better for you guys to do. make sure he likes mexican and xbox though... find out casually before you ask him.
dinner and a movie does get pretty old. too cheesy. i'd much rather do something along the lines of what you're doing (except i prefer chinese takeout and getting cozy on the couch and watching a movie instead of playing xbox. but it all depends on what you like.)
go for it. have fun =)
3. You might get naked?
4. Tex Mex and video games...I'll be there!
5. go for it.
anything that's not the cliche date is always great. a date is not about where or what it is, it is all about the interaction
6. If you know like video games, it's sounds like a great plan.
7. He's a guy. He'll love it.
8. dude guys love that stuff! video games and food! sounds good to me!
9. Personally, I like it. Dates are more fun when it's something that allows you to interact - not just stare silently at a movie screen. I think video games are a fantastic idea.
10. *shrugs* sounds comfortable.
11. I love girls who are creative and think out of the box. I too can't stand doing the same routine things, go to movies, go to beach, go for dinner.
I like your idea. It makes you unique. Different than other girls he has been with before.
12. Wow, I think that's one of the coolest ideas i've herd.
13. I think that sounds fine, it's more fun and relaxed than just dinner and a movie..plus what guy doesn't like video games?
14. I think this is a fine idea because it combines things that (presumably) both of you enjoy. It also takes away some pressure of getting dressed up and going on a formal date.
15. cute.
you guys can have fun playing games.
16. I think it's a good idea for a date. I mean, I have a feeling there might be a bit more going on other than the game *cough* though. If he likes video games, and the video game you actually have, I think it'd be rather fun. Good luck, let us know how it goes.
17. I think it's a great idea. It sounds like a more relaxed setting where you can get to know each other better.
18. I think you answered your own question. Go ahead, be different.
19. yeah do it. i mean i took my girlfriend out on a date to orange julius and then we threw rocks in the river. dinner and a movie gets old.
20. sounds fun lol,
im sure you guys will have a good time :)
21. I love that idea and almost any guy that I know would like it too! As long as u don't have lame video games, and he likes mexican food.
22. if he's says no, then i'll be your date :)
23. i think its a lot better than the old dinner and a movie...very creative.....Good Luck! Hope things go well with you two! :)
24. no
sounds good
25. hmmm......... If you choses ordinary dinner, pasta.
I prefer testing x-box games. LONG LIVE THE X-BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
26. Not every date has to be out and about in public - sometimes its more fun to just kick back and relax with a movie (or XBox) and just enjoy each others company - go for it I say!
27. I think it sounds like fun, hey the thing is you think enough of him to plan it and he will feel that...........good luck honey, hope it goes well...............p.s......le... him win........lol
28. no as it will give you some time for each other .. good luck .. hope it works
29. well ima guy and i say if the guy likes mex food then THATS A GREAT IDEA!! and it dosent matter where or what the date is its all about being together, matter of a fact id rather get takeout food and play videogames witha girl instead of going to some facey restraunt. but make sure u like games or else youll look retarded
30. That sounds funs! He'll think you're cool because you play video games. It'll even be cooler if you beat him!
