I do have one friend that knows her but I'm not very close to him. I think she is a grade older then me so i don't want to come on like a creep.

2. Just wave to her or something next time you see her. Or you can just walk up and say Hi, I'm____ what's your name? Or you can do something that attracts attention while she's there and maybe she'll introduce herself to you!

Then you wave at her when you see her. If she waves back every time she sees you, you can become friends and ask her out. If she doesn't (or rolls her eyes), that means she's not into you.

5. the best thing for you to do when going up to a girl that you dont know, is just be confident, and just start with small talk when you are by her, then introduce yourself. but dont come on too strong right at first, then that creepy-ness factor starts to come into mind
