Different people have different veiws on this, but that is the most common one. There is no way you could be pregnant because you said he was wearing a condom. Plus he would need to ejculate in order to get you pregnant.

The penis has to enter your vagina and break the hymen in order to loose your virginity. As for the pregnancy thing....if he ejaculated (even outside the vagina) if the seamen gets on your vagina you can still get pregnant. This is why the pull out method does not work too well.
