How can I slow down after I went so fast on a first date?
I went on a weekend trip with a guy that I met online 2mths before. We only had one date prior to the weekend trip. We had sex. He went back to Iraq for 3mths. We promised we would write/talk as much as possible until he returns. If I become involed while he is away I need to tell him(this is the understanding we came to). In fact, i'm suppose to pick him up in Jan. 08 when he lands in the states. The problem is he noticed that I'm use to things my way. I'm working to correct that problem. I do not want a sexually relationship. I want a husband. I feel that I sent the wrong message. Do I wait to see how we communicate in the three mth period? Is it o.k. to have sex when he returns(I plan on saving myself until we get more familiar with each other). Should I tell him about my future plans in e-mails/letters or is that too much while we are getting to know one another? help
