3. Well if you've been going out for a while and your a bit creative, you could make him a like scrap book page or something with photos of time you guys have spent together and write little memories and stuff. I know it sounds a bit like an anniversary gift but 16 is special too.
4. ask him want he likes or get to no him better get him a halloween costume or a kiss if u have never kissed him ask ur friends wat he likes
5. what's your budget? and iphone is a very good idea but if it's too expensive for you then a good bluetooth headset sounds ok too...This is a list of my fav things, see if anything there you can get within your budget:
