ok. my ex-bf said that i was the best gf in the world, then about 2 mins afterwards, he said that we were through what the heck? I'm really confused. why would he do that?

1. Guys will say whatever they want if it makes you happy. Some times they really couldnt even care about you, It is messed up.
2. Want you to feel better about the break up is all, weird way of doing it though.
3. He didnt want to hurt your feelings, but he has someone else. You dont just break up with somebody for nothing to be lonely. He at least has a female he talks to on the phone.
4. Stop talking to him. He is a big jerk and obviouisly knows nothing about relationships. Do you have any siblings you can to? Maybe they can help.
