I work with a small group of women that are constantly gossiping and back stabbing co-workers. Kind of like shoving the knife deeper while they smile to your face.
How do you deal with this kind of work enviroment?
Answers:
1. Just thank god you are not like that and do not get involved. If it is impossible to not be involved just be the bigger person and tell them how they all are and let them know you are tired of it. You have to address a problem for it to be noticed and dealt with
2. sweetie, bring your battle shield to work. can't be too careful around those type of people. don't let them know you personally, don't try to associate yourself with them. enter with caution.
3. I would only talk to them if it as to do with work and avoid them the rest of the day. Like my mother says, you're there to work, not to make friends.
4. It's popping up every where. There's no cure, ignore them as best you can.
