I am a bit of a wannabe. There's a cute girl that I like, she knows I like her, but I never have the guts to even LOOK at her. I'm really a newbie at this. I just want you guys to give me some quotes instead of "Hi what's up", just some words that will really flatter a girl's heart. I am in 8th grade.

You really need to just believe in yourself enough to talk and look at her. eye contact always makes a girl happy, and dont call yourslelf a wannabe because confidence is key in what girls want. if she knows you like her then there is really nothing to loose now is there? if she likes funny guys go for a more flirtatious approach, if shes more serious ask her questions that she can elaborate on, and make sure you actually listen to waht she has to say, instead of just staring and pretending to listen.
