I have been friends w/ this girl now for about 3 yrs. Sweet girl, however VERY outspoken & sometimes a little bit too comfortable in certain situations where she should maybe hold back a little. Sometimes she can say things that seem a little rude and you can tell she was frustrated and it would be over absolutely nothing.
Here are some examples:
She farts in from of people we hardly know (fyi, I am no prude...but sometimes that's just not appropriate depending on the setting). This leaves me SO embarassed because the looks on these peoples faces are like "omg..did she just really do that?" She just absolutely does not care.
She will curse in situations where it's just totally inappropriate. This is a habit she picked up from a friend she hung out with ALL THE TIME, but no longer does anymore. Again...inapproprate & embarassing.
As far as the rude comments go...I came home from class today EXHAUSTED b/c I got no sleep last night. I just couldn't stop yawning

As far as the rude comments go...I came home from class today EXHAUSTED b/c I got no sleep last night. I just couldn't stop yawning...she was being so quiet ans acted as if she was annoyed with me. Finally she looks at me and goes "Okay...you've yawned now about 10 times since you've been home."
Seriously??? Isn't hard to hold a yawn in? Do I have to do it in my own home?
Anyway, I'm not sure these are things to confront...how do I keep from letting it get on my nerves do damn bad...

My question is....how do I either say something to her about it...orrrrr...how to I not let it bother me...she is my good friend...but sometimes I just need to GET AWAY from her.
