23. You should try giving her a compliment. Like saying I love the way you do your hair or about the way she dresses. This may get her attention and start chatting, then you can take it from there
24. try to keep at a friends level. then, gradually work your way up from there. if she sees something happening and starts to do a bit of that herself, either: A) try asking her out or B) write her a casual/ flirty note saying that you like her. if she doesn't like you back, just move on. if sh does like you back, you two move on from there.
