There really is not much you can do but to ask him to get a cup of coffee or lunch together, and try talking to him thats the only way there can be a relationship. You can't just hoodwink him into liking you, he either does or does not but in either case if you want to know you have to take a chance! So go for it who knows :P
4. Ask him if he can be ur study partner then u can go in and ask him if he says no try to do it again but try to make urself more prettier so u can attract him. hope it works :)
5. dont be a chicken, go do it. guys love being asked out. just do this, next time you see him from accross the room, smile and look him straight in the eye for a few seconds, long enough to let him know what you think of him and then let him come talk to you later in the day. That is when you should ask him out. Trust me, if he doesnt want to go out with you, he wont come talk to you later in the day.
