How can I be a good boyfriend to a girl that deserves so much?
She is so nice, and I need some help asking this girl out.

1. slow down...first of all. you need to ask her out first. if you are already thinking of being her "boyfriend" before even going out on one date will scare her. take things super slow. get to know her interests like whather favorite food is and invite her to eat somewhere. start doing that, then the rest will take its course.
