we havent been together for 4 years. we do have a son together. but i do everything for him. we are fine without him i dont want n e thing from him but a signuature on them papers.
2. since you are obviously a woman then it really shouldn't cost you anything anyway.... as a general rule when getting a divorce the woman's lawyer is paid for by the husband... many lawyers will take your case and go after his fee as part of the settlement
Think of it as screwing him one last time!
3. do your self divorce package from the court house tell them u need ur divorce waver you will not a pay a thing cause i did my own divorce from a package from the court house

Low income will qualify you to legal aid attorney.
At the court house ask them to direct you to the child support agency if you are doing a Pro Se.
