What does it mean if you are looking at a girl and she says "Hello"?

   
I was walking to class this morning and I noticed a beautiful girl and I think I was staring at her. I've noticed her around campus before and I looked at her previous times before and I don't think she saw me, but today was different, I think I was accidentally staring at her while I was walking towards her direction. I get close to her area and she looks at me and says "Hello" right as I walked passed her, and then she starts walking the opposite way from me, and so I look back and reply "Hello" and then continue walking. It happened so quick and unexpectedly that I didn't catch her tone of voice. What do you think she meant by "Hello"? Did she mean it like "excuse me, what are you looking at me for?" or like "hello, I want to be on you"? Thanks in advance!!!!!
