ok basically, my fiance, had a child with his ex. she took his car and his son and went to california without telling him. She blew his transmission and since shes on the insurance, it wont cover the damages which is stupid. anyway well he had warrants out for her arrest and then 4 months later she said she wanted the son's father to be apart of their life so he flew her back home. anyway shes mad that he and i are getting married and my fiance has his son but his x gf is staying somewhere else, she wants to get full custody but she got her other 2 kids taken away and the fathers got full custody. how can my fiance get full custody of his son? his babys moma doesnt have a job, a car, or a stable palce to life and shes sucidal..does getting married, help the situation? and if he lives with his mom, does that go against him? his mom cant work...so any suggestions? more to story but cant write it all here, she also said shes putting this in the paper, isnt that call slander though?

1. i really wonder - if your fiance was in relationships with such a nutcracker and even had a baby with her and he still lives with his momma - with what place u re thinking while marrying him? and what re u gonna do with his baby when he gets full custody? if he was in relationships with such kind of woman he is not normal himself
2. have you ever had a child? do you under stand the feelings over someone taking your baby? i dont know this women but you just might break her, maybe you can talk to her and tell her you are not trying to take her baby, you want to help her get on her feet.you know shes momma you can never take that away but get a job, aplace, a life and then she can get the baby back. she has nothing going for her because of her situation so chill and let us help you. good luck
