There's this guy I've liked for a while, but I can't figure him out. There are times when I think he likes me (like when he invited me over with some of his friends and I was the only girl out of 6 others and he's joked about owing me dinner and always seems interested in what I have to say, etc).... but there's this girl in the picture, maybe. I would never do anything to try to sabotage a relationship, and in fact I didn't start getting flirty until he texted me one day a month ago telling me he went on a break with her. He said he was kind of glad since they had been on the rocks. That was and remains the only time he's ever mentioned her to me.
But on facebook he never changed his facebook status to Single. It still says he's in a relationship. He's a sweet, honest, caring guy and I know he isn't a liar or trying to cheat. It could be that he's just lazy since he never changed his residency info after he moved out of his dorm... or could it be that they are back together?

1. I still wouldnt trust it, maybe you should ask him an that will solve the problem
2. Honestly... I wouldn't mess with him until you know for sure that the other girl is out of the picture. Usually when a guy says he's "on a break" that means there is a chance that they will get back together. Ask him about the facebook status. Let him know how you feel about it.
