What is the best birthday gift i can give to my 19 year old girfriend which is very special and memorable?

1. one that you thought of yourself.

2. Something she really wants. Maybe if she's into jewelry, a necklace or something. But if you know what she really wants or likes then I'd suggest get that. :)

3. Have a star names after her. Then on her birthday get a telescope and take her somewhere alone and show her, her star.

4. a necklace or bracelet with a heart on it.

5. Id say something u thought of not people on the internet giving u ideas (thats cheating) lol

6. Diamond anything, if money is tight, go to Wal Mart, they have great stuff, no matter how big the diamond, she won't care. She will be thrilled with,HER diamond. God bless.
