How am I being full of myself, if I may ask? It's only a question... and there are details that you can't tell from the picture. I'm just overly meticulous and I like for every detail to be known.
If I look egotistical from the picture... well it's just a picture, I don't have much more to say about it than that.
I don't mean to be rude but it's awfully rash to judge someone as egotistical based on a few words and a picture.
