she constantly talks to me whenever its just us two shes really nice and flirty but whenever anyone else is around she picks and teases me and were both the same age and were both freshman so please someone help

The same way guys like to tease girls when they like them..Girls sometimes like to tease guys as well, I don't think she means any harm..
Some day, when you see her alone, just go over and chat with her..Just small talk..Then nonchalantly, just ask her if she would like to hang out sometime..Just as friends..And who knows Hon, maybe down the road it might like you in a different way..But for now, just being friends would be fine..

9. She probably likes you, but she could be just that tease type. Usually tho when a woman picks on you a bit it's because she likes you and doesn't want her friends to make it a big deal.
Just go up to her when you see her in private next and say "I want to figure something out, come here..." and when she comes up to you, lightly kiss her on the lips (no tongue, just a good lip kiss). Do that for a few seconds then pull away, be the one to pull away.
You'll know then if there's chemistry and she likes you or if she's just being a tease. If she gets upset just go "guess I found out, you're too much of a tease for me, later" and walk away.. but as young as she is she won't get upset, she'll be flattered and stunned.
