The fact that he is still talking to you in private means he still wants something physical but doesn't want anything serious or for that matter anyone to know.
5. Well with your age i do believe your asking for trouble in the first place...He is still young, he needs to explore...He probably saw you as a challenge..He got you and now he has moved on to greener pastures....
