I'm 19 years old, decent looking, with a great personality, and I'm not really shy at all. But for some reason, I've never had a girlfriend and i'm so sick and tired of not having one after all the girls I've liked and met. It's just so hard for me to find a place to go to meet a date and I don't have anyone of my friends that would want to go to a club with me. It sucks, any ideas would be nice.

No, really the best way to meet girls is do something that they're going to be at. Like take a music class, or a theater class. If anything just be humorous and any girl will totally like you.
Going out with a girl takes time too, so don't ask her out as soon as you meet her. She'll think you're a creep. Make the effort to see if you're compatible for each other.
