I have this friend, and shes pretty popular.. we hang out with the same people at school but i seem to be less to her than the others. shes hella fun and really nice to be around and i dont think she feels the same way about me. I want her to realize that i am a good friend and that her and i could be best friends and i want to make it clear to her that i want to hang out with her and be BFF i love her to death!

Just be yourself, and hopefully she will notice what a great person you are. But, don't push it...you shouldn't have to work so hard just to get someone to like you!
