OK, it's a period Q. How do I time it? I got my last one on Sept 11. Yeah, EZ 2 remember, but I got the one after on Oct 9. So, ok, it's 28 to 30 day cycle. But how do I time it exactly? I never really cared, because well...all that was really needed if a light accident occured was well...a little wash. But now, I NEED to care. I got married, and well...I'm gonna be do'in what married ppl can do w/o worry, and I don't want to be embarrased because "rosie" came unexpectedly; or worse yet, embarrass my guy, or gross us both out! Yeah, I'm such a "girl" when it comes to this subject! But please do help me out to be precise on this, because there are things, I wanna do with my man, which requires perfect timing where "my friend" is concerned. Thanks for all ur help...and suggestions.

my cycles are pretty regular, but sometimes they're a day or two off, and sometimes I get two cycles in a month. I just want to know how to time it as precise as possible...not for pregnancy sake, but um..."other" sexual acts. Like I said, when it comes to this stuff, I'm such a girl about it.
2. Go on a birth control pill. That should take care of the guesswork for you.
3. The best way to time it is to get on the pill...you will be regulated and will know pretty much when the "Aunt Flo" is in town...

7. You need to mark down the days of your period on a calendar for at least 3 consecutive months to determine it's regularity. You count from the first day of one period to the first day of the next. That's one cycle length. Now, after doing that for 3 cycles, add them up and average them. That's your normal cycle length. You will usually ovulate 2 weeks before your next period is due. If you want to get pregnant, have sex at least 3 times a week, to make sure you get your ovulation period, since it is not exact every month for every woman. If you don't want to, use a condom or diaphragm or abstain during your fertile period--your day 10 to 17 of your cycle. Or use the pill or injection if you want. There are other signs of your fertile time of the month, just google fertility or ovulation and you'll find heaps.
Embarrassed about what? You will know when you are having your period. It is unlikely to start during sex, so don't worry. If you stain the bed a little, he shouldn't get upset. I'm sure he'd know about it by now. How old are you two?
8. I've been taking birth control pills for a few years and every month I have always started and ended my period on the exact same days of my cycle. It might not be this simple for everyone, but it works great for me. You can also talk to your doctor about how to use birth control to skip a period if you have an important event, etc. Good luck!

10. I know someone who tired the calender method too and guess what she has a baby!!!! If your not ready to be a mommy just yet, go see a doctor who can recommend products that are right for you.
11. Unless u are on schedual ALL the time Im not sure how u can be exact. you will always be 2-4 days off so it could be before or after. With me Im so out of wack theres no point in me keeping up. But im sure he will understand and if your that worried do your duties right after "Rosie" leaves for a vactaion. Then you really dont have to worry
