now that I've waited this long, I wonder is this just plain stupid, or am I right to wait for the right man that I fall in love with. Never been 1 to just sleep around, been divorced 18 yrs, raised my children on my own, had plenty of chances to get married to really classy gentlemen, but never fell in love,& kept thinking he would come along, & now I wonder. When my kids, twins, went off the first year, went through the empty nest symdrome, so it wasn't hard not to date, now, I'm wanting to go out and explore and live, not saying just sleep around, had my days when young, not saying I slept around, but had my fun dating,& then not wanted a meaningful relationship & now do.All I find are drunks, deadbeats, druggies, ect. Went on my 1st date this past weekend, & I had to pay my own way, big turn-off, won't be seeing him again, though he was sweet, where do you find nice, gentlemen, marrying type guys? I finally want to get married, maybe start a family again, where do u find them?

1. Quality guys are out there. You might try volunteer organizations, churches, and such. I've heard that on-line personals are good for some people. Also, keep realistic standards. "Pay your own way" guy may look like a catch in a few months.
