Ok guys i need to know what your thoughts are. This the situation. You hang out with a girl all the time, watch movies at your house with her, talk to her all the time on phone and texting. Even metioning sex. But you dont make a move to kiss her and when you hug you do the "pat on the back thing." What the hell is up? Or and I just reading to much into it? Do you like this girl as a friend or more?

2. i think he likes you more than a friend..maybe he is just shy, and doesnt know what to do..that might be why he pats you on the back..you should try looking him in the eyes one day when he or u are leaving, and put on a big big smile...dont say anything, and peck him on the lips..he might like that and maybe he will realize that you like him?/ dont know if that helps...but i would love something like that
3. we're playing it cool...what if you DIDN'T want to be kissed...maybe we didn't read that into it...that said..after 6 months..I think he HAS to be shy....because if after 6 months you STILL didn't want to be kissed..then WE'D have to wonder about OURSELVES..not you (the girl)...
i think the question has to come up by YOU..if i were you I'd say something to the effect of:
hey _____ (his name) do YOU know when you have won?we are WAY past introductions and I am not trying to rush you...and I am not overly concerned..I am just curious..is there a reason why you won't kiss me?
i think he is a little too nice as it were and he just doesn't want to lose you as a friend...
believe you me...after 6 months...I would not have waited that long..not because of anything in particular...I just don't like to wait more than 3-4 dates...as far as I am concerned..3-4 dates is pretty much seeing someone for roughl;y a month or two and to NOT kiss her..might lead her (like you) to become self conscious...and if I am dating her for that long...she can become equally impatient and frustrated..
4. maybe he's shy or thinks you aren't interested. try making a move on him and see what happens.
