on the 20th of this month, well that's not the point the point is my parents dont want me to work. But i need the money really bad becoz i am gotta plan a trip for 2 days to Detroit. I live in Cali. & i am planing to fly on Dec. 27th and come bak in 2-4 days well coz its peak time the raes on ticket's are super high that doesnt matter, i have to go. I tried getting couple jobs without my parents knowing but nothing was that sucessfull and now i am thinking i will take a loan from the bank for $500 & go.. is that a good idea, or is it something i really should think about. I need help. or tell me other ways to make money. I tried online survey's its just a waste of time, i am posting some paper's on my neighbours houses saying i am willing to do any job for them (hope people start calling me). i dont know if that's not sucessful i have to think about some otheer way too.

Before I answer - I've got to say that the fact that your parents won't let you work although they will let you fly by yourself for several days in Detroit to be quite strange. Do they know about this trip? If not, they are going to find out, and I would not want to be you when this happens. Also, if they do know, then they know you need money.
Something about this doesn't make any sense. I strongly suspect there's alot more to this story than you've included in your question.
However - to answer one of the questions: Not only is it a bad idea to borrow money from a bank for something as frivolous as a trip, they won't loan it to you. If you have nothing to offer as collateral, and no credit history - forget it.
Also - 500 bucks in 3 months? That's really very little money. Think about it this way. It's about $160 a month. That's 40 bucks per weekend. You can get 10-30 per lawn you mow. I'd start walking door to door in the neighborhood. Take your mower and your work gloves. If you can find a wagon to pull, take a weedeater, a shovel, and a rake. Ask people if there's any yard work of any kind that would be helpful to them. Do this every weekend, all day, saturday and sunday. It's almost certain to work out fine, and you may find that you have a few regular customers. I've mowed for extra money when I was in college. There's cash to be made.
This is a solid workable solution. If you decide otherwise, I have nothing else to offer.
However - whatever is going on - I'd suggest you stay on the up-and-up with your folks. It doesn't sound like you are anywhere close to getting out on your own right now, and if you are dependent, you don't need to rock the boat with some unauthorized trip to another state where you've spent several hundred bucks that you didn't have to spend. I suspect there's an internet girlfriend hidden in this story somewhere.

ps. I don't mean this to be mean - but I have more advice that will help you alot more than the info above. You need to take that 500 bucks and enroll in junior college. Take a remedial english course (meaning - go back to the high school level and pick up where you left off, wherever that happens to be.).
If that's out of the question, go to a tech school and learn to weld or work on cars. 18 year old guys headed off to war in the past. Some are supporting families. Whatever trip you've got in mind is small potatoes compared to beginning to live your own life.
