Theres this girl and weve been friends for 5 or 6 years, we would always talk at school but when we went to high school she went to a different one, we always talk on the phone and she always tells me she loves me i say the same back and once when i said it she made a small giggle afterwards, she always avoids hanging out with me ( i think its cause she thinks something will happen if we hangout by ourselves) and the way she does it we would have to meet almost by accident, I dont want to ask her out and ruin our relationship by making everything weird afterwards if she says no, what should i do?
